PurchaseAfter purchasing your charger, you'll need to complete a short online survey to provide key details about your home, energy usage, and installation. This helps us ensure a smooth installation process. On average, it takes about 10 minutes to complete.
Once you have submitted your home survey, one of our approved installation partners in your area will review your details and contact you to schedule an installation date. They may also reach out if they need any additional information to plan your installation.
Your charger will be dispatched shortly and delivered by one of our trusted partners, typically within 2 business days. You'll receive a notification with tracking details once it has been shipped.
On the day of installation, your fully qualified electrician will arrive on-site to fit your Simpson & Partners charger. Before they begin, it's important to clear the area around your distribution board or electricity supply meter, as this is where the cable route will be set up. Once the installation is complete, your installer will guide you through setting up the application and answer any questions you may have, ensuring you're ready to start using your new charger with confidence.
After your installation is complete, you'll receive all the necessary electrical sign-off and DNO paperwork, ensuring everything meets regulatory standards. Our team is always on hand to assist, whether you have questions about your charger, need further guidance or require any support.
